I made bruschetta for a get together with my mission trip team to Vancouver this last week! I toasted a French baguette, spread chive and onion cream cheese on it, and topped it with a leaf or two of basil and a slice of tomato. I thought it was really good!
Yesterday, a Menchies opened up in Bellingham! I went with my roommates Nicole and Sam and got some great frozen yogurt! I got the cake batter flavor, with mini M&Ms, mini dark chocolate peanut butter cups, cheesecake bites, cookie dough bites, peanut butter sauce (they make this?!), caramel, and hot fudge. It was not a good idea of my diet, but today and yesterday I went to the gym and burnt 1000 calories. And it wasn’t ice cream!
Breakfast: a cup of green tea, fruit and yogurt. And hot water with 1/2 a lemon’s juice right when I wake up.
